*My new Canon EOS M, 22mm lens is the camera which I've used in today's entry & will be using it in future posts.
Had a great meet up with my favorite Jesslyn @ Rochester Park.
We're having a simple dinner & drink at Starbucks.
Yea, I'm holding a pink color drink (You've no idea startbucks selling such drink right?)
Finally, I had a taste of Cotton Candy Frape (-.- just a nicer title, it's a raspeberry frape)
I've often seen this pink color drink online, it's seems like a regular popular drink for girls in other countries except sg apparently.
Some starbark does not have raspberry ingredient so therefore they can't really make this drink.
So, happy searching people! (that's what I did)
Abit disappointed cause it's taste like sweet cough syrup, but you can't deny it's really pretty in baby pink color.
Dangdang, this is jess in her shag face (After a long day of stressful work at SA)
Never ever try Starbucks' dining food except their cakes & drinks okay?
Cause their dishes really taste really sucks to the max, my spaghetti noodles is hard like rocks.
Meatballs are tasteless as well :(
We've chatted non stop for hours & exchanged our gifts for each other , hope to see her again soon!
SATURDAY w Love.
Here we are, street hawker at ChinaTown for our early dinner before heading to I Light 2014 @ MarinaBay.
Amazing tall & huge buildings behind me. (Wonderful weather, wonderful day)
We're at Marinabay @ around 7pm :)
We're at Marinabay @ around 7pm :)
Wishing Tree
(One of the saddest wish which I've seen on the Light tree is this "My Family must all live together.")
Lots of interesting food selling beside the River, they all look pretty ex.
One tiny cup of Truffle Fries can cost you $4.00, seriously?!
Literally like a beach club scene over there.
The Dj Dave was good, but the audiences are pretty much boring.
Most of the installations are interactive, which I guess it is want the organisation wanted.
Engaging audience's interaction with the work, rather than a boring installation which stays that serve no purpose besides beautifying the space.
After that, we're kind of hungry, that's when our craving kicks in!
We headed down to Serangoon's Chomp Chomp for some awesome food!
The Legardary Chicken Wing!
It's totally my fav, crispy skin and tender meat.
1pc for $1.20, and my boyfriend ordered 8pcs.
Following dish looks a little like Jap food.
The stall owner will BBQ various kind of food which you have selected.
One stick cost around $1.50 ++
Quite ex, my food (shown below) cost me about $7.00
But it's worth trying! Quite a special thing to try in hawker center though.
Fried Oyster Cake.
I would love to recommend this, the amount of flour is perfectly right.
Doesn't taste salty and too oily (You may request for less oil)
Plenty of fresh oysters inside, totally thumbs up!
And it's only $4.00
Yumm yumm yumm... (Great food we're having)
We've enjoyed ourselves for the day.
And my boyfriend always amazed that there's actually such events which happen in singapore.
He said, he never knew sg got quite alot of art things or special events happening around the year.
Until he've met me, always trying to drag him to join me to see different art shows .
I do hope I've painted his life somewhat, with slight of beautiful colors:)
