15 Most Common Worries of an 'Online Shopper'


1) Is the quality good ?

2) Is this online shop trustable ? A scam?

3) Products which do not worth the value paid.

4) Does it takes very long to recieve the product ?

5) Why does it take so long to recieve my parcel,..
(Omg, please don't tell me that my parcel actually went missing.... !)

6) Shoppers that use choses ordinary postage delivery method because it's way cheaper / foc.
( Damnit! Should have just pay extra $2.50+ for registered mail, now my parcel MIA and I have nowhere to track my item! -.- )

7) I purchased this item for (a particular event) , but my parcel failed to reach before (the event) ... *Here comes, the feeling of jialat liao*

8) Seller sent to the wrong biling address.

9) Shopper who uses atm transfer payment method, and has made payment to the wrong Account Number instead.

10) Made enquires to the seller and seller is being irresponsive.

11) Size not suitable and seller unwilling to do an exchange.

12) Product appearance on the site, differs with the actual item.

13) Recieved defected products and seller unwilling to do an exchange / refund.

14) Products Overpriced? What if I can buy some where else with a better pricing?

15) Realized the blogshop no longer exists and however payment has already made earlier, Shoppers were not being informed & goods failed to recieve.
(Remember, you're purchasing from a virtual business afterall.)


Conclusion: Somewhat, trusted is needed, even though it's a virtual business and both parties do not know each other existance in real life. Take with a pinch of salt, because unfortunate things does happen anywhere anytime. 

And so far, throughout these years, these are the the following cases that I personally experienced.
1. Delievery takes way too long (Close to 2 months)

2. Size not suitable and seller unwilling to do an exchange for me
( Even though I tried to sound pathetic enough on the email, begging her to help me with an exchange. Still, mission failed. The dress is still inside my closet, rotting away ~)

3. Seller sent to the wrong billing address. ( Oh yeah, this happened to me twiceeee... -.-)

4. Shop no longer exists. ( Lucky me, I have yet to make any purchase with the shop before)

5. Received a really bad quality dress (Haiz... What to do ? Suck thumb lor)
